One business accomplishment Fred is extremely proud of is helping a company win the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award as their Quality Manager. He was honored to speak in Washington D.C. at the Quest Conference about the systems that helped win this prominent business excellence award. To help other businesses improve operational performance based on the Baldrige Criteria he volunteered as a Baldrige Examiner for several years.
In order help businesses improve performance, Fred became an ASQ Certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt. Becoming an ASQ Certified Manager Of Quality and Performance Excellence has also helped his clients improve quality systems. These skills in addition to being an ISO 9001 Manager have served Fred's clients well. His skills have helped all types of businesses from: small organizations with few employees, mid-sized companies, to helping multiple departments at ExxonMobil on projects with over $5 million in annual savings.
